Hello Fall Season!
I don’t know about you, but it feels like summer flew by in a blink! We still got a great line-up this month of yoga, art and mama+baby classes but I will also be adding in a kids yoga class Tuesday afternoons as well as a new mama breakfast at the end of the month. Plus, I am sooo excited to announce the newest service I will be offering – online coaching! Check out the details below!

Join me and your baby for class every Monday at 3:30pm. Each class incorporates yoga, strength training, cardio conditioning and core for a full body experience. Babies welcome to join in, take a nap, play on our mat or be held by me!

New Mama Breakfast
On Thursday, September 28th, I will be hosting a new mama+baby breakfast in the backyard. Starting at 10am, come enjoy coffee from Birch, goodies from By the Way bakery, a trunk show by Loyal Hana and some other great goodies. Details coming soon!
I’m so excited to announce my newest offering…..online coaching!
It’s not always easy, feasible or cost effective to meet in person which is why I’m making myself available for both phone and Skype sessions. During each 30 minute call, we will focus on exactly what YOU need. This can range from program designs for weight loss, strength training or cardio conditioning. We can cover diet, behavior modifications, recipes and simple healthy habits.
If you’re thinking about becoming pregnant, we can prepare your body, mind, home and relationships for this life changing experience OR if you are already pregnant, I can support you on your journey through birth and motherhood. I’m also available for postpartum training as well as general guidance for new mamas.
We can spend our time talking or we can even do a workout session or yoga class together. This is all about co-creation, honoring what you need! I’m leveraging my 20+ year career in the health and wellness industry as a personal trainer, champion boxer, pre/post natal instructor, yoga teacher and doula to help and guide you regardless of your location or goals. Kids Yoga Classes
I am honored to be joining Sebastian’s kids business SPARK as a yoga teacher this fall. I will be teaching different poses that help kids learn coordination, balance, focus and discipline while offering them ways to stretch and strengthen their bodies. We will explore basics of meditation and the different tools we can use to help us stay present, such as breathing and mantra. Most of all, we will learn these practices to foster self-confidence, creativity, personal development and self-expression. Open to kids K-5. Space is limited to ensure personalized, individual attention and care. See details below!
