Hello hello and happy fall!
I am still in a bit of shock that summer is over and I can no longer go outside without socks and a jacket. (super sad face!) But with the season change, I am also experiencing lots of changes in my own life and business starting with the biggest news of all…..
I am pregnant! 16 weeks to be exact so just about 4 months on this journey. Its already been an incredible, interesting, perspective altering experience and so far I am loving this new adventure. Sebastian and I are about to head out on our babymoon for a two week trip to Israel but before we go, I wanted to share some other exciting news….
BackYard Yoga – Another amazing season in the books! Since it’s darker and colder at night, the backyard studio is about to close with one final class. This Tuesday, October 18th at 7pm. It is the last class until next spring when I am hopefully able to pull off being a new mom while still maintaining BackYard Yoga as a weekly thing. So if you love practicing in the urban zen garden, come and if you have yet to experience it, last call!!!
Anatomy Workshop – I have one remaining Anatomy Workshop at NY Loves Yoga coming Sunday, November 13th from 4-6pm. So far we covered the knees and hips and this next one is all about the shoulders! Learn about the joint, how it functions and moves and most importantly, how to keep it safe in practice. Perfect for anyone curious about the body, working with an injury or those with a desire to deepen their practice. Click here to learn more or sign up!
Yoga Videos – I am also so pumped to announce that I am FINALLY making yoga videos which will be part of my new website coming soon! Many of you have requested videos especially if you don’t live in NYC or if you are not able to take my classes with your current schedule. So….I will have a variety of videos ranging from the fundamentals of the practice to hips and twists and all kinds of crazy core work. Videos coming soon so stay tuned for details!
Blogs – Lastly, with the launch of my new website coming in just a few weeks, I am also going back to one of my passions, writing blog posts. It’s been a challenge to balance it all but I am setting an intention to commit to two blog posts per month. If you have any special requests or anything specific you want me to write about (think yoga, anatomy, prenatal, food, nutrition, fitness, wellness and my personal favorite, life lessons and experience), please don’t hesitate to ask. I believe in co-creation and writing a blog is no different!
